Shop details, hours and rates

Everything here is yours to change. Anything that needs us — your subdomain, which features are switched on, your plan limits — is shown but locked, with a note saying why.

The shop

Shop name

Appears on estimates, invoices, texts and your website.

Address

Used on invoices and shown on your website's map.

Phone

What customers see. Not the number your texts send from.

Time zone

Decides when "today" starts on the board and when reminders send.

Hours

Open hours

Shown on your website and used to work out promised times. A job promised for 5pm on a day you close at 4 will flag before you promise it, not after.

Rates and tax

Standard labour rate

The hourly rate new estimate lines start at. You can still change any individual line.

Parts markup

Applied to cost when a part is added. Shown to you, never to the customer.

Sales tax

You set the rate; we record what you charged. We do not work tax out for you — how parts and labour are treated varies by state, and being wrong there is your liability, not a rounding error. Your accountant should set this once.

Shop supplies fee

A percentage added to each invoice, capped. Shows as its own line so nobody thinks it is hidden.
