Bays are the only number that changes your bill. Not staff, not cars, not invoices. A shop that grows pays more because it is earning more, and you can check the number yourself by walking the floor.
Add one and we charge the difference for the rest of this month only. Remove one and it credits the same way.
Starter drops texting, card payments, QuickBooks and your custom domain. Nothing is deleted; those features switch off.
Payment method
Charged on the 15th. If it fails we retry over a week and email you each time before anything switches off.
Where invoices and payment notices go. Often the bookkeeper, not the owner.
Invoices
Leaving
Billing stops, your data stays, nobody can sign in. For a seasonal shut or a slow winter. Turn it back on any time.
Billing ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Your account drops to read-only and you keep signing in so you can export your customers, estimates and invoices. We hold the data for 12 months in case you come back.
There is no retention call and no form to fill in. If you are leaving because something is broken, tell us and we will fix it, but that is not a condition of going.
